1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
  • No visible wear, scratches, stains, or odor

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as heavily discounted clearance items may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Start a Return

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Processing time varies depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We are happy to help with exchanges for a different style or color. Exchange requests depend on inventory availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  • Clear photos of the item received

6. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us. We will help you open an investigation with the courier. A replacement or refund will be issued based on the courier’s final resolution.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
